Drawing and Painting

This is a full year course with a multimedia approach to drawing first semester and painting second semester. Students build upon skills learned in Intro to Art while taking more independent steps towards composition and exploration of media. Materials that may be explored in this course are pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, scratchboard, ink, watercolor, acrylic paint, oil paint, and collage.

 

This course may be repeated for a second unit of credit.
