Finally! Crews have completed the new turf field at Eisenhower High School and it looks amazing.

Students from Leo Club, Class Officers, National Honor Society, and Tri-M (music honors) at Richards High School partnered to organize a Thanksgiving food drive for the food pantry at Pilgrim Faith United Church in Oak Lawn.

Progress continues on the new turf field at Eisenhower High School -- while crews continue to work, the field, nearly complete, looks amazing. Picture taken on Monday, November 16.

District 218 experienced a remarkable surge in Advanced Placement enrollment from 2019-2020 to 2020-2021 from 909 to 1,675!

Congratulations to Eisenhower High School band director Dr. Justin Antos, one of 25 teachers in the nation to become a semifinalist for the GRAMMY Music Educator Award!

Congratulations to coach Connor Reynolds and the varsity girls tennis team from Richards High School on winning the SSC Red championship for the second year in a row. Kayla McSweeney (1st Singles), Meghan McSweeney (2nd Singles), and Julie Casey/Thea Wyzykowski (2nd Doubles) were all conference champions too!

Congratulations to coach Dr. Jeremy Ceja and the varsity boys cross country team from Eisenhower High School on winning the South Suburban Conference Red Division championship!
