District 218 Counseling Vision:

All students participate in rigorous curriculum and equitable opportunities for self-directed personal growth supported by a comprehensive school counseling program that partners with the school, family and community. CHSD 218 students will graduate as high achieving learners who are well-prepared to meet the challenges and high expectations of the 21st century by being college and career ready. As successful, life-long learners and productive citizens, our students achieve their fullest potential, making a positive difference in our school and community.

 

District 218 School Counseling Mission:

All students will be provided with a comprehensive school counseling program that encourages high achievement through their growth in academic, career and personal/social domains. In partnership with teachers, administrators, parents and a caring community, the school counselors will help all students to be successful life-long learners and problem-solvers.
