comprised of more than 50% of people with disabilities and we are also in the board members also are comprised of 50% of people with disabilities so that we mean good business here so five years ago we started out reaching out to schools and and other program to reach out to use that have an IEP or 5 or 4 so that we can provide Independent Living skills development mentorship training and so forth anybody have any questions no but may I and I think I would love her special education have a conversation with you that's very inspiring it's something we try and do with our adult transition
