we're going to call this meeting to order this is Community High School District 218 regular board meeting Thursday October 18th 2018 and we are at the District Administrative Center is 633 and mr. wiser will the acting secretary this evening cuz the secretary could not me make the meeting this evening cuz of illness and as far as I will not be here in Medford strong TV he is here we're honored with your presence or thank you OK Google call please I'm here mr. home Sparta cab service cats we have a quorum so we can proceed with the meeting I would ask to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance please flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it indivisible okay the item number for his comments from the public relating to the meeting agenda are there any comments from the public sinon I will move down to agenda item number 5 Florida numbers opportunity to respond to the public and or board members comments dirty comments this evening why do Economist or president recently which is field turf at our schools have football stadiums that are three schools and also I'm I wanted to come to look into the administrative Center here at this facility has looked at used a lot as well so potentially for field and I'm always on top of the finances and always trying very physically responsible but what I I would like to ask and I spoke to dr. heard about this is to ask the finance and Facilities committee if we could start down this road potentially have a feasibility study and to look and kind of gauge the interest of the community our finances of the coaches the students everyone all the stakeholders to see if that's something you want to look at down the road for the three schools potentially even something here I'd like to eventually see if we can maybe do one feel the year if it's better to do to feel too feels or whatever that maybe just kind of put the ball rolling I've been here for a lot of people at interest about that one of the few schools in our conference that does not have a filter so I'm kind of been talked about a lot and again I'm not not make enough position towards the act like we need to have a feasibility study done by the people talk about it so I wanted to just go to back to the Forefront and I know what to talk about just wanted to see if that's something me the finance and Facilities committee could potentially look into if there's interest amongst that border I think there's interest amongst the an item on there yes yes that's the best friend do you want to attend that meeting your place they do I'm down the road I'm going to committee and mrs. cats my memo serves me right if you do what time that would be an open me if you want to do so I would like that I'm just one number and is always right I don't want even commit to it until see if one of you could afford it and all the things are going to 1/2 usability study but I think it's an issue that we should look into well a lot of feedback from Step Brothers someone could have them coaches the churro bar building and grounds favorite daughter causes a lot of extra in it but they told me that's not the case you're not more injury-prone on that type of special for the last month I don't know who we are for a future date I would I would support having us for a future date and everything running packets we can talk about that at the meeting.
