Burmeister please take a vote higher yes yes things the style 210b is press policy Updates this is the first reading so there will be no action on this to do need a motion no we don't meet up there any discussions  the comments it's a lot to read I dropped mine in the parking lot I didn't say Excuse Me song never ending job if you like it and you read it or if you don't like it Career Point Springfield thank you okay praise the storm 210c is Community High School District 218 strategic plan and that is an action item and I need a motion to bring it to the floor please make the motion person I miss we went over this plan last week at are working board meeting and actually we are incorporating a strategic plan for the superintendent into his contract and he worked with the administrators and came up straight pipe exhaust to describe it is off the charts actually District 218 really never ever had a strategic plan in the past and it is don't map I believe for the school district to succeed and the superintendent and administration and certified staff course and students of course so I am very very happy with it is there any other comments  about to the point of salt like to say what do the play at I thought it was really a great plan as well however is that browse through the plan I was reminded in a couple of different areas that even though for paper since it's a great plan but then the event for whatever reason we don't enforce to the fullest the execution of these plans did it'll be a moot point and the reason I say that is because a couple things came did it happen in the past we didn't have the Strategic plan we got it and I think that's the great effort towards making sure that all bases are covered but even still did any any organization if there's we need to execute these planets in order for it to really have to strengthen existing the play itself welcome your comments and when we did the working committee meeting last week we also discussed follow through of the plan in that the Committees that would be in the line with the Strategic plan that the the ministration and the superintendent would report also to the committee's to them updates and they could update for it so you're exactly right cuz should have a plan if you don't follow through with it then the plan is planned it sits there and it's not act I do appreciate that and that's what we decide by the way I felt last week I would say some of the things that are in there I think they're already being worked on we see evidence of a lot of it and already being done so I know you got still lot of hard work in the document looks really good too song on YouTube some changes since last week so thank you can change over time to have to adjust the things as we evaluate what's working and what's not working so it's installed but it's not install these are typically living document you describe hard-working and then we have a roll-off plan it's after supervise Turkey Run Socorro District vigorous who's chaos I'm sorry for motion carries thank you very much brings us down to 9 G is intra governmental between the Cook County I'm sorry County of Cook on behalf of Cook County Sheriff and the Board of Education of Community High School 218 this is an action item so I need a motion to bring it to the floor please can I have a second of course from the second I am going to let mr.
