NOTICE OF PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR
COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 218
A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Community High School District 218 for Tax Year 2025 will be held on November 17, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the District 218 Administrative Center, Board of Education Room, 10701 S. Kilpatrick, Oak Lawn, Illinois.

II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for the year 2024 were $105,402,282.
The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2025 are $110,616,601. This represents a 4.95% increase over the previous year.
III. The property taxes extended for debt service for 2024 were $3,031,998.
The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt service for 2025 are $4,410,744.
IV. The total property taxes extended or abated for 2024 were $108,434,281.
The estimated total property taxes to be levied for 2025 are $115,027,345. This represents a 6.08% increase over the previous year.
