Password Help

Staff and students use their 218 Accounts to log in to a variety of apps and websites. When you change your password, it will update for all of the following services (it may take up to 30 minutes for the password to update on all apps and websites).

Google Workspace - Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Docs, etc.
Any App or Website That Uses "Sign In With Google"
Microsoft Office 365 - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
District and School Websites (Staff Only)
Windows PCs

Click one of the links below to create a new password for your 218 Account.

Change Password You know your current password* and want to create a new password.*	Enter your email address. Enter your current password. Enter your current (old) password again. Create a new password that contains at least eight characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Forgot Password You don't know your current password* and want to create a new password.*	Enter your email address and the characters in the picture (if required). Select "I forgot my password." Answer your security questions. Create a new password that contains at least eight characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
