pay each district of a little bit more because one of the members contributed to this is no longer going to be in the coop a reminder to a couple of them we're currently doing an audit play strategic schools are coming to us okay so but we are little frustrated with the services that we've been received not that they're not free no Services we a lot of them we don't meet because over the years we have kind of assimilate Incorporated some of these things and what we already do it it is question we have raised with them and that's part of this strategic plan audit that the cloth is undergoing they know that we we would like to see things Portugal Olympic differently and get more use out of it some of the services they offer us to pay for the services like Physical Therapy outpatient therapy they're more expensive so we've now going to just to be cost-efficient we've contracted out the coop for the services because they're more expensive  those are issues those are major the world's just changed over time and that that's why I think it's a good process that we're looking at this we'll see where it lands at this is going to be a process here and but we've raised are these concerns proposed to them so that they can offer it are we in at well I don't think we need that right now right now we have two Consultants of been hired and one of them does have high school experience and they're going to look at the way the coop structure the services it provides and see how it can help everybody more effectively efficiently if it were ever to come to somewhere on have I want to pull out then we would have to go through a process like 128 again the big dog here in this Coop and these are all are feeder schools and 128 pulls out because what they felt was duplication of board that they wanted to step out of the coop so I think it was some was a repeat of services they have some of the services ready in house therapists like they hired some of their own therapist You know all this money to go to a place like Elam in the states giving more skim to the public schools to provide these services to the kids so that some people are choosing to go that route because they consider it a better program and they're getting more money so that's an issue that supercilious I would send a strong message if this port is off again to reiterate that we're seriously need some changes there if we're spending that kind of money okay we need to take it to Avoca hi mr.
