WHO: Community Members 12 and over (minors must be accompanied by parent)

Community High School District 218 has partnered with Mobile Care Chicago and Howard Brown Health to provide the Pfizer COVID vaccine to our communities at Alan B. Shepard High School in Palos Heights on June 11th. At this time, we are offering 200 doses of the vaccine, which has been approved for persons 12 years of age or older. Please note that minors must be accompanied by a parent who will need to complete a consent form.

Follow-up vaccination (2nd dose) will be on July 9th at Shepard High School.
